Tuesday – Proverbs 3:9-10
The book of Proverbs takes a very balanced approach to its use of the Hebrew word for wealth. Half the time, we are told to value it and the other half we are told to be wary of it. Today’s verse encourages us to “Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the firstfruits of all your produce.” How can you honor God with your wealth?
Over the next couple of days, we will look at how to honor God with our money through trust, generosity, and giving. Take a moment, meditate on today’s verse, and ask God to show you how you can glorify him most with your finances.
