Friday
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Rejoice always, pray continually, and give thanks in all circumstances. I love to do these things, but I’m afraid I do not always practice them daily, much less continually. I have found a journal to be helpful. I try to start each day with a list of things for which I’m grateful and a list of those for whom I am praying. This helps move my mind to this space and I’m trying to be better about returning there throughout the day.
