Student Choirs at FBC Lewisville

Student choirs are a wonderful part of the worship ministry of FBCL. We have two excellent student choirs. Both student choirs rehearse on Sundays from 4:30-6pm from September through June. They help lead worship times in the church as well as participating in ministry opportunities by singing and serving in the DFW area. Each choir also goes on a summer choir/mission trip in June of every year.

Priority is our Middle School Choir for grades 6, 7 and 8 and is under the direction of Missy Iley. Since this choir began in 1997, they have been involved in choir/mission trips in Oklahoma City, OK, Galveston, TX,  Hot Springs, AR,  Shreveport, LA,  Memphis, TN, Jackson, MS, Springfield, MO and Kansas, OK. For more information about Priority, please contact the Music department at miley@fbclewisville.org

VOP 2019

Voice of Praise is for students in grades 9-12 and is under the direction of our Worship Pastor, Troy Freeman.  Our high school choir loves singing about and sharing the great news of Christ! The choir has participated in mission trips all over the United States including Seattle, Charleston, Chicago, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Atlanta, San Jose, Phoenix, Philadelphia, New York City, Jacksonville, Knoxville, Albuquerque and Chicago! In 2020 they are headed to San Fransisco! For more information about Voice of Praise, please contact the music department at music@fbclewisville.org
