Philippians 2:16

As the Holy Spirit convicts us of our broken attitudes and language (complaining, grumbling, fighting), he will help us control our tongue. It is a daily battle, but one we do not wage alone when we ask for help. Paul urges the Philippians to do so because the Gospel of Jesus Christ is at stake. He wants them to shine like stars in the night sky. We have been invited into the work God is doing around us on a daily basis. But we must hold firmly to God’s Word in order to do so. How do you “hold firmly to the word of life”?
