Ecclesiastes 7:19-22
The need for wisdom is laid out in three basic areas:
- A wise person sees the value of wisdom and the strength it brings.
- A wise person understands the sinfulness of the world, as well as his or her own sinfulness.
- We all say things from time to time that are not completely thought out. The wise person does not take comments others make too seriously.
Again, evaluate your life as it pertains to these statements. Ask God to reveal the areas where you fall short of what he desires.
