Ecclesiastes 7:1-4
Beginning in chapter 7, Solomon’s focus shifts from being more man-focused to God-focused. This shift back to God revolves around the theme of wisdom, and today’s passage introduces the following godly perspectives on dealing with life:
1. A good reputation goes before us as the aroma of our character.
2. It is wise to live with the end of life in mind and work our way backward. This helps us live our lives with our final destination close at heart.
3. Wise people embrace hardship and go through it knowing God is always with us and there is joy on the other side.
