Ecclesiastes 11:5-6

While some things in life are quite clear, some things we simply cannot understand.

Sometimes I would ask my children a question and they would answer, “I don’t know.” It was an easy response when they didn’t know what to say or didn’t want to respond.

Sometimes we wonder why God allows certain things to happen in our world—usually bad things. That’s a question often asked of ministers. 11:6 tells us to keep doing what we know to do—relying upon God—even when we do not know the answers.
