Philippians 4:20-23
Consider 4:22. Paul sends greetings to the Philippians from an unlikely group—those who worked in Caesar’s government. Apparently, some who worked for the Roman Empire had become followers of Jesus. They worked in a hostile environment, yet they lived out their faith in thanksgiving and commitment.
Next time you despair a work environment that gets you down, remember the folks who were faithful in the midst of difficult circumstances.
