Psalm 100

I am making some of the most cherished memories of my life. When I come home, my kids are beginning to run to their daddy for hugs, and I receive the greatest smiles a man could possibly possess. In these moments, I believe I receive a taste of the joy God feels when praised by his people. He longs for his creation to run to him with open arms, crying his name, with smiles filled with joy. Take time to praise the Lord because he is our King. Make a joyful noise. Enter his gates with Thanksgiving, and be even more undignified than this: Dance, raise your hands, give a shout of praise, and be free in the hands of the Lord. You are his child and he loves your praise.
