John 15:5-11
What does it mean to be connected to the vine? If we stop all the trying and stressing and just seek to be connected, what does that look like? What do we do? This topic is one to ponder prayerfully.
Being connected to God starts by taking in the things he gives us. How do we consume the things of God each day?
I remain in the vine in two primary ways. First, I remain in the community that knows, loves and celebrates Jesus as Lord. I do this by being part of Bible Study, worshiping with my church family, and serving alongside you all. Second, I remain in him by filling up on his truth in my private life. I stay in his Word, in prayer, and in awareness of his spirit.
