CHOIR KICKOFF - AUGUST 6 @ 6:30PM
The FBCL Worship Choir is open to all adults from college freshmen-senior adults. We rehearse Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8pm in the choir room. Rehearsals are much more than simply a time of learning music. They become a time of prayer and worship as we sing to our awesome and mighty God! Childcare is available for rehearsals provided by our excellent Preschool Ministry and childcare staff. There are no auditions required for membership in this group. Worship Orchestra
The Worship Orchestra of FBCL is a vital part of our worship ministry. These grade 9 through adult instrumentalists are using their talents for the Lord Jesus Christ by faithfully leading in our Sunday morning worship celebrations every week. This all-volunteer ensemble rehearses on Wednesday evenings 6:30pm-8pm in the Worship Center.
Psalm 150:3-6: “Praise Him with the sound of the trumpet; Praise Him with the lute and harp! Praise Him with the timbrel and dance; Praise Him with stringed instruments and flutes! Praise Him with loud cymbals! Praise Him with clashing cymbals! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord!”

Student Choir at FBC Lewisville - KICKOFF ON AUGUST 17
Student choir is a wonderful part of the worship ministry of FBCL. The choir rehearses on Sundays, 4:30-6pm, from September through June. They help lead worship times in the church and participate in ministry opportunities by singing and serving in the DFW area. The choir also goes on a summer choir/mission trip in June each year.
THE LAC
Lewisville Arts Conservatory is a part of the Music and Fine Arts Ministry of First Baptist Church of Lewisville, providing people of all ages a creative and musical outlet to study and develop their gifts. The Conservatory offers private lessons in piano, violin, voice, drums, cello, clarinet, saxophone, and guitar.
We also offer group lessons/classes in Musical Theater, Art, Dance, Play Workshop, and PreK Classes. We learn and study all different kinds, styles, and genres of music.
Our desire is to offer a place where every age group can train skillfully and be in a safe, God-honoring atmosphere.
