Daniel 9:15-19

Daniel completed his prayer of confession by crying out for God to show mercy to his people in spite of their disobedience and deserved punishment. Time and time again God shows his grace when we humble ourselves before him. It is not in our own ability to save ourselves from the messes we make in our sinfulness. We are redeemed through the grace and mercy of God who restores us according to his glory and purposes, even when we don’t deserve it. Today, humble yourself before God and give praise to him because of the work he accomplishes in you through Jesus Christ.
