Pastor Search Update May 2023

The Pastor Search Committee has been meeting weekly to discuss our process and criteria for evaluating candidates. In our discussions, we have chosen to take the more traditional approach of reviewing resumes ourselves, and therefore will be utilizing Matt Wright of Slingshot only in a coaching role, along with Dr. Vang.

The pastor profile is now on the church website and an email address has been created for submitting resumes. Please pass along the email pastor.search.fbclewisville@gmail.com to anyone who wishes to submit a resume.

We ask for and appreciate your prayers in this season. Pray for us in the coming weeks as we refine our process and begin evaluating resumes. Each of us are humbled to be serving the church in such a capacity and we know the Lord has a plan for FBCL.
