Learn how to work through your stress responses by creating more healthy patterns of thinking, acting and feeling.

This will be a three-session seminar built upon Dr. Dan McGee’s life’s work of how to manage stress effectively. We will be using his book, Choosing Balance, The ABCs of Stress® Management. Dr. McGee’s ABCs of Stress® has been used in corporations, hospitals and federal agencies across the United States and is simple enough for the everyday person. The seminar will include information and practical application plus practicing the model.

Who hasn’t experienced stress? It is part of the human condition. Stress is a mismatch between our coping skills and the demands of our environment says Dr. McGee. Stress behavior is always ineffective and unproductive and can be costly in terms of relationships and resources.

You can use this personalized stress management program to work through your stress responses. Step-by-step instructions and exercises guide you through this proven process. Create more healthy patterns of feeling, acting and thinking by learning to reprogram your brain.

Let’s join together to combat stress successfully for our spiritual, social, biological and psychological health…for the sake of us individually and also for our church and community.
