Mental Health Is for Everyone

Ephesians 4:15

If you suffer from a diagnosed mental illness, I hope you feel known, loved, and hopeful.

There are those in our church who are in a most delicate spot. You are dealing with major issues, but have not asked for or sought help.

You are in deep grief. You lie awake at night, afraid to close your eyes. You are tired. You are uncomfortably numb to just about everything. Without acknowledging your issues, there is little chance for help and hope.

Tomorrow evening, Sunday, September 17, at 6pm, all are invited to gather in the Fellowship Center for a time of information and inspiration. Joe Padilla, our friend from the Mental Health Grace Alliance, will facilitate a discussion of crucial mental health issues. I invite. I urge. I request that you join us.
