At this point, families might wonder where the church fits into all of this. If parents are their child’s primarily discipler, what role does the church play? The church’s job is to equip and empower parents to be their child’s primary discipler. The church’s role is also to give kids a step-by-step, sequential spiritual foundation and framework to build life. The stronger the partnership that exists between parents and the church, the stronger the faith a child will possess.
Think about the partnership between you and the church. What changes need to take place so your child has the very best team with which he can grow spiritually? Take time to pray about the next steps you must take to see these changes become reality.
