Sunday
Isaiah 53:1-6

All we, like sheep, have gone astray. We have probably heard this many times; yet, we stray and stray again. Why is it, do you think, we continually stray when we know the peace of remaining in Jesus?

Someone recently posed the question of how do we become those “Christian Rocks”—you know, those people who seem to have it all together, those prayer warriors who have a faith so strong and so steadfast. It is like they are on a personal daily journey with the Lord. The only input I could provide was the simple answer of “Remain in Christ.”

HAPPY MOMENTS:
Praise God;
DIFFICULT MOMENTS:
Seek God;
QUIET MOMENTS:
Worship God;
PAINFUL MOMENTS:
Trust God;
EVERY MOMENT:
Thank God.

Easier said than done, I know. But if every morning we commit the day to him and practice the actions above, we too can experience and grow in our faith. Notice I used the word “action,” which means this takes something on our part; it doesn’t just happen. Whatever the situation, whatever the challenge, whatever the hardship, whatever the moment, we are to remain in him!
