Join us Sunday at 5pm—we are going to walk the neighborhood, passing out flyers for our Vacation Bible School. The more volunteers we have, the more streets we can cover. We already have over 350 pre-registered.
Just looking ahead—we are in the midst of covering every verse of Paul’s letter to the Galatian churches. Our daily Bible readings include the words of Galatians and the material from the Book of Acts that gives us much needed background for the first-century church. Beginning August 23, we will spend some time dealing with family issues. From the youngest to the oldest among us, whether married, single, or single again, we are all part of God’s family. And, the Bible speaks to our family.
We have a great opportunity before us on July 26. Matt Redman will be in concert in our Worship Center. You may not recognize the name, but you will recognize his music. He has penned worship songs that I consider to be as significant as the hymns that have been part of our worship for generations. Tickets are available online or in the main atrium on Sundays.
See you Sunday,
