Acts 26:24-32

Some interpreters assert that Agrippa II was very close to believing in Jesus (26:28). Others contend that the King was not going to commit to anything on the spur of the moment. Regardless, Agrippa II and Bernice and Festus all agreed that Paul was not guilty of any crimes. But when he appealed his case to Caesar, their hands were tied. Paul was bound for Rome.
