2 Corinthians 9:1-5

When was the last time you or someone else could describe your faith walk with the word “zeal” or, in other words, “enthusiastic diligence”? 9:2 mentions the “zeal” of the Corinthians and how it had “stirred up” their fellow Achaeans to give. They were so excited about helping their fellow believers that they “rolled up their sleeves” and got to work spreading the word about this need in Macedonia. This in turn caused most to give and rally behind the Achaeans’ desire to help. Are you so excited about all that is going on at your church around you and even your own faith walk with Jesus, that your “zeal” amongst your co-workers, circle of influence, friends and fellow students causes them to want to be a part of it?
