Introduction to The Hollow

Ten Out of the Twelve Spies

Numbers 14:26-38

God’s judgment was threefold: (1) The nation would wander for 38 years, thus making forty years in the wilderness, one for each day the spies had explored the land. (2) During that time, the older generation, twenty years and up, would die and not enter the land, except for Caleb and Joshua. (3) The ten unbelieving spies died because of the evil report they delivered.
