First Fitness 

Every 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Mondays @ 9am-10am in Overflow Room

Come join a fun workout with friends. As we age, physical activity is very important for your overall health. We become very sedentary by reading, watching TV or sitting at the computer. This is a great way to get in shape & stay in shape. 

 We will do: 10 minute warm-up, 30 min exercise, & 20 minute stretch & cool down. It will include some cardo, strengthening, resistance band, balance, & stretching & walking. You may go at your own pace. You can stand or sit in a chair. Listed below are some advantages of exercise:

1. Endurance, or aerobic, activities increase your breathing and heart rate.

2. Brisk walking or jogging, dancing, swimming, and biking are examples.

3. Strength exercises make your muscles stronger. Add a little weight -2.5 lb dumbbell. 

4. Balance exercises help prevent falls.

5. Flexibility exercises stretch your muscles and can help your body stay limber.


You will need to fill out a waiver form at church. See your doctor first if you have any health issues.
