Isaiah 37:1-13

The enemy’s intimidation continues in Chapter 37. This time, the Assyrian king’s threats aren’t just verbal, but they are written down in black and white through a letter to King Hezekiah (37:9-13). But in the middle of this ongoing intimidation, Isaiah brings the message of hope back to God’s people (37:5-6). In the middle of this troubling time, who promised to deal with the enemy personally? The Lord did (37:7).
