Walt Heffington, our Executive Pastor is filling in for Dr. Stephen while he is out of the office.

Summer is definitely here, and busy times are upon us!  We have two student mission trips leaving over the next few days.  Voice of Praise is headed to New York City, and Priority will be travelling to Shreveport, Louisiana.  Please keep these students and adult leaders in your prayers as they serve others and present the gospel across our country.  And don’t forget, their home concerts are the evening of June 23.

Another sign of summer is that Vacation Bible School is right around the corner.  Our church building will be full of energetic children beginning June 24.  In addition to all this, registration for student and children’s camp is well under way.  Busy times indeed!

Join us this Sunday as we have the privilege of hearing Gary Loudermilk preach in both services.  Gary is the outgoing Executive Director of our Denton Baptist Association.  It is always a treat to have Gary with us on Sunday mornings!
