John 18:19-27

In the courts of our land, suspects under interrogation are not required to testify against themselves. The Fifth Amendment clearly protects US citizens from being required to respond to questions with answers that may be self-incriminating.

But Jesus’ answers could not have been self-incriminating because he had committed no crime!

So, why do you suppose Jesus declined to answer questions about his teaching? Who did he suggest the High Priest should ask?

Today, most unbelievers have questions about Jesus and his teaching. Who should they ask? Who can best answer their questions?
