I Commit to His Followers
Psalm 122
Strength in Numbers

This Davidic Psalm is probably best known for the opening lines: “I was glad when they said to me, ‘Let us go to the house of the Lord.’” Notice how “I” becomes “us.” There is something unique and unusual that happens when “we” fellowship together. A great example of this is found in Matthew 18:20 proclaiming that where two or three have gathered together in the name of the Lord, he will be there in the midst. Meaningful times of worship certainly happen in private, personal worship. But there is something to be said for those moments when we come together as believers to fellowship through corporate worship and Bible Study. Let’s make gathering in the house of the Lord a priority each week as we worship our amazing God.
