Kind WordsProverbs 16:23-28

My grandfather was a great hard-working man. The dinner table at his house always included fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, and even fresh honey. He raised every bit of it himself. The honey came from Florida orange blossoms, with a taste that was like no other. Isn’t that the way kind words are when your heart receives them? A “Great job,” “You look beautiful today,” “Nobody does that as well as you,” “I’m so proud of you,” or “That tastes really good” are all the makings of great conversations. They lift you up, encourage you, and give you the power to do great things! As you gather with friends, family, or co-workers around the table, make it a point to speak uplifting, encouraging, pleasant words that are as sweet as honeycomb.
