Luke 24:28-35

Have you ever been longing to “see” Jesus and evidence of His presence, but you were so busy, so wrapped up in all that was going on around you that you missed Him? Jesus called these men “foolish” (24:25) from the Greek word: anoetos.  This word describes believers in Jesus who see things from a distorted perspective not from a divine viewpoint. How many times do we miss “seeing” Jesus because we are “foolish” and do not look for Him from the divine viewpoint at work around us and in our lives? Maybe it’s time to ask Him to open your eyes.
