Hebrews 13:7

How easy it is to forget the courageous Christians of the past whose labors and sacrifices make it possible for us to minister today. But, while we do not worship people or give them the glory, it is certainly right to honor them for their faithful work (1 Thessalonians 5:12-13).

Take some time today to think of the Bible study teachers, small group leaders, pastors, children’s or student ministers, family members, or friends who played an integral role in your spiritual formation and development. Pray for them. Consider writing them a note of thanks and encouragement.
